山東黃金金控集團(香港)有限公司 (以下簡稱“金控香港”) 於 2024 年 12 月 23 日
在高等法院發出傳訊令狀(編號 HCA 2541/2024)，向部分在職及已離職員工(共
計 53 人)追討金控香港過往向該等人士錯誤發放的花紅。列為被告的在職員工
包括金控香港委派到本公司工作的人員 (以下簡稱“相關人員”)。
本公司已向金控香港瞭解並得知：金控香港對於相關人員的工作及各方面表現
並無任何不滿。對於在該訴訟中被列為被告的相關人員，因其並未涉及違反職
業操守、失職或專業失當等問題，本公司對他們的專業性和職業操守不存質
疑，並相信相關人員可以正常工作、履行職責，不會影響本公司的正常運作。

Shandong Gold Financial Holdings Group (HongKong) Co., Limited (hereinafter
referred to as “SDGFH”) issued a Writ of Summons (No. HCA 2541/2024) in the
High Court of Hong Kong on 23 December 2024 and tried to recover the bonuses
that were wrongly paid to some current and former employees (a total of 53
persons) by SDGFH in the past. Among these defendants, some are currently
employed and assigned to work for our company by SDGFH (hereinafter referred
to as “the Relevant Persons”).
Our company has inquired and learned from SDGFH that they have no
dissatisfaction with the work and performance of the Relevant Persons in any
aspect. For the Relevant Persons who have been listed as defendants in the
lawsuit, as they are not involved in any violations of professional ethics,
negligence, or professional misconduct, our company has no doubts about their
professionalism and professional ethics, and believes that they can work and
fulfill their duties normally without affecting the normal operations of our
company.
